Dr. Evan Santiago

Periodontist

Dr. Santiago is a Bay Area native with a strong commitment to serving his local community. Raised in San Jose and a graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. After several years working in the business sector, Dr. Santiago realized his true passion lay in healthcare—helping others in a more direct and meaningful way.

He returned to the Bay Area to pursue dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of California, San Francisco. Driven to provide advanced, evidence-based care, Dr. Santiago continued his specialty training in New Orleans, earning a Master of Science in Dentistry and a Certificate in Periodontics from Louisiana State University.

During his residency, Dr. Santiago gained extensive surgical experience in a wide range of periodontal and implant procedures, including dental implants, guided surgery, treatment of peri-implantitis, bone regeneration, sinus elevation, esthetic soft tissue grafting, laser periodontal surgery, microsurgery, and IV/oral sedation. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a distinction awarded to periodontists who have demonstrated the highest level of achievement in the specialty.

Dr. Santiago is dedicated to providing exceptional care with a focus on comfort, communication, and long-term oral health. He works closely with referring doctors to ensure seamless, collaborative treatment and outstanding outcomes for every patient.

Outside of work, Dr. Santiago enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on his favorite sports teams, live music, and traveling whenever he gets the chance.

Dr. Steven Williams

Endodontist

Dr. Steven M. Williams is a dental specialist in the field of endodontics. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah in 1986, and his Doctorate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1990. Following completion of his dental degree, Dr. Williams pursued advanced training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and received his certification in advanced endodontics and endodontic surgery in 1992. He also has extensive experience in performing many implant and endodontic surgeries using the surgical operating microscope, and now has over 30 years of experience practicing as an endodontist.

He has been married to his wife Harley for over 30 years. She is a periodontist, and they practice together here in Livermore in the same office. They attend many continuing education courses, meetings, and dental conventions to stay informed of the latest techniques, products, and equipment. Their modern specialty dental office is a state-of-the-art environment to aid them in providing you with the highest quality specialty dental care.

Steve and Harley live in Pleasanton. Dr. Steve likes to stay active, and enjoys mountain biking, road cycling, running, and skiing in the winter time. They also enjoy traveling to interesting places around the world as often as they can.

Dr. Harley Williams

Periodontist

Dr. Harley J. Williams is a dental specialist in the field of Periodontics. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont in 1986, and her Doctorate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1990. Following completion of her dental degree, Dr. Williams pursued advanced training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and received her certification in advanced Periodontics in 1992.

She also has extensive experience in performing many implant placement surgeries, and now has over 30 years of experience practicing as an periodontist.

She has been married to her husband Steve for over 30 years. He is an endodontist, and they practice together here in Livermore in the same office. They attend many continuing education courses, meetings, and dental conventions to stay informed of the latest techniques, products, and equipment. Their modern specialty dental office is a state-of-the-art environment to aid them in providing you with the highest quality specialty dental care. Dr. Harley is an examiner for the Dental Board of California for conscious sedation (I.V. sedation). Harley also volunteers for the Tri-Valley Haven as an advocate for victims of sexual assault.

Harley and Steve live in Pleasanton. Dr. Harley likes to stay active playing tennis, socializing with friends, and skiing in the winter time. They also enjoy traveling to interesting places around the world as often as they can.

Dr. Edwin Tsang

DMD, MSD

Dr. Edwin Tsang was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, and has now made Livermore his home. He specializes in the treatment of periodontics and dental implants. Dr. Tsang is devoted to delivering compassionate and caring periodontal treatment while ensuring that every patient receives exceptional care.

After completing his undergraduate degree at Boston University, Dr. Tsang earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. He then completed residency training in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry, earning both his Master’s of Science degree in Dentistry and Certificate of Periodontology at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry. He believes in taking a comprehensive approach to dentistry and working closely with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets their unique needs and goals.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Tsang enjoys spending time with his wife, working on his car, and modifying mechanical keyboards.

Dr. Christina Cho

Endodontist

Dr. Christina Cho grew up in Humboldt County and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. She received her dental degree from Harvard University and her Certificate in Endodontics at Columbia University. She is board-certified with the American Board of Endodontics and a member of the American Association of Endodontists.

Dr. Cho is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care with the latest technologies and techniques. She values collaboration with her dental colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for her patients.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking, traveling, and playing golf with her husband.

Dr. Evan Santiago

ENDODONTIST

Dr. Elkhatieb was born in Germany and raised across Egypt, the United States and Saudi Arabia. He earned his BDS degree and completed initial endodontic training in Egypt, then received his DDS from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where he later completed his postgraduate Endodontics residency and served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Elkhatieb practiced general dentistry in Northern California for seven years, served as an adjunct faculty member in Endodontics and has held leadership roles within the ADA, CDA and local dental societies.

He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered endodontic care while collaborating closely with referring dentists.

Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with his family.
